The 1hr 40min wait for tire rotation seemed long. Then after the car was ready I was asked if I wanted an oil change. I said not now because I was concerned it was going to be another 1 and a half hours. Then I discovered that the oil life was reset even though the oil was not changed.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, always get a better deal than the coupons sent on the oil change. Bummed that tire rotation is not free, even though I purchased the car there, but still great customer service.
